How Many Parking Bays Are There?

There are two undercover parking bays and more parking available on the grounds.

Do You Cater For Special Diets?

We are unable to cater for special dietary requirements.

Are There Any Cancellation Fees?

In short no. We realise that circumstances happen beyond our control. However, out of respect and consideration for us and other guests, we would appreciate being notified as soon as possible.

Do You Provide Any Meals?

Home cooked evening meals are available. Please include those with your booking, otherwise two days notice is required. Other meals provided included a continental breakfast in the common area. The continental breakfast is included free of charge. Tea and Coffee and Microwave facilities are available in the Common Dinning Room.

Are You Non Smoking?

Smoking is not permitted onsite.

Do You Have Wifi?

Yes we do! This is provided free of charge.

Are Children Allowed

No. We are an 18 years old plus accommodation facility.

What Are The Book In and Out Times?

Book in time is from 2:00 pm and book out is up to 10:00 am.

When and How Do I Pay?

You pay on arrival. We accept cash, card or invoice.

What About Wheel Chair Access?

There is wheel chair access to our establishment, but not to the rooms.

Do You Allow Dogs Or Any Other Pets?

We have a dog on the property so we are unable to take pets. However, Guide Dogs are welcome, our dog will be in her kennel when you arrive.

Our region is renowned for it's excellent, award winning wines and there are many wineries and vineyards to choose from with a huge range of vintages. Rather than give you our recommendation, we suggest letting your own palate make that decision. However the two closest to us are:
Gilbert Wines - 15 km south.
Trevelen Farm - 20 km north.

Yes we do! The Mount Barker Visitor Centre, located on Albany Highway, Mount Barker can assist you with loads of information, valuable insights, merchandise and memorabilia. Check with the Visitor Centre for open times as these can vary. Their phone number is 9851 1163.

Is There A Large Shopping Complex Nearby?

Albany is our regions City Centre with a large range of retail shops and services on offer. Mount Barker has an excellent Supa IGA store for locally sourced fresh produce, groceries, utensils, clothing and even fishing gear! There is also long vehicle (caravan, motor home, trailer) parking. Cranbrook has a small supermarket open 7 days a week.

Are There Medical Facilities Nearby?

Mount Barker has both the Plantagenet Medical Centre (9892 1000) and the Plantagenet Hospital (9892 1222) which has a 24 hour emergency department.

From the Perth CBD, take the Kwinana Freeway south.
Turn left onto Armadale Road.
Proceed straight ahead at the South Western Highway intersection traffic lights onto Albany Highway.
