Many people thought we should have demolished the original old building and start again with a new building – but we could see the potential in saving the old Tenterden Inn and turn it into what is now the Travellers Rest B&B.

Our journey began in 2009 with the purchase of Yenmor sheep stud farm. The farmhouse originally built in 1870 is what caught our eye as the location for our business.
